OPPOS started with a simple preference and a bag that did not exist. Some golfers have always carried a little differently. We just never had a bag made for it.

A preference
The way you carry a golf bag is personal. It is habit and comfort, built up over years of walking the course. For a lot of golfers, the bags on the shelf suit that just fine.
For some of us, they never quite have.

A choice
We think everyone should have a choice in how they carry, and a bag that was made for that choice. Not an afterthought or a variant tucked away at the back of a catalog. A bag designed for it from the first sketch.

Who it is for
Not a demographic. A preference. Some people know straight away that this is for them. Others have made do for so long that they have never given it a thought.

The Opposition is not against anyone. It is simply the name for those of us who carry a different way, and a promise that we will build for that properly.

I went looking for a bag. There wasn't one.

Years ago I found a bag, almost by accident, made the way I carry. It was a single listing in a catalog, and it was the first bag that ever felt right. When it came time to replace it, it had been discontinued, and nothing like it existed.
So I decided to build the bag I wanted, with the attention to detail I would expect from anything I plan to carry for years. OPPOS is that bag, made for me and for everyone who carries the way I do.
