FOUNDERS PASS

Before the drop.
Guaranteed.

How you get in before a drop, and how you stay ahead of the ones after it. Passes are not on sale yet. This is how it will work.

One Pass. One Bag.

A Pass is released ahead of each drop in the Series. Holding one gives you the right to claim a bag from that drop before it opens to anyone else. One Pass, one bag. A claim on the run, not a discount on it.

Which Tier You Are Buying Into

Your tier is fixed by Pass number the moment you buy. Nothing to race for later. When Passes go live, a counter here will show which band is open and the drop it claims, so you know what you are getting before you pay.

Structure shown for reference. No tier is open, and nothing here is live. Every tier carries voting, Founders Exclusives, and Warehouse access from the day it is bought, whichever drop it claims.

The Claim Window

Sixty days from the announced date to exercise the claim at $485. Miss the window and you keep the Pass and everything attached to it. Only that drop's claim expires. Unclaimed bags move to the Founders Warehouse.

Tiers

Four tiers cover the Founders Series, one for each drop, and one Pass for every bag. Tier 1 is Drop 1: four hundred Passes, and it never expands.

Nothing later will be this small, so Tier 1 stays the scarcest of them, and grows scarcer as the ones above it expand. Each tier after it is larger than the last, and each carries its own priority window ahead of general release.

Active benefits travel with the Pass. Standing does not.

You Help Decide

This is the part that matters most to us. A Pass carries a vote. Colorways, materials, collaborations, and what makes it into future drops get decided with the people who were early, not announced to them after the fact.

Vote weight is highest at Tier 1 and steps down from there, so whoever committed first keeps the most say. A brand this size has no use for a focus group. It needs a few hundred people who care about the same thing and will tell us when we get it wrong.

Collaborations, colorways, and product decisions run through that group first. If you would rather buy a bag and never hear from us again, that is fine. The Pass is for the people who want the other thing.

Lifetime OG

The OG designation belongs to the account, not the Pass. A Pass can change hands. The designation cannot. Whoever was among the first stays on the record as one of the first, whatever they later do with the Pass.

The Founders Warehouse

An access-controlled channel open to Pass holders across every tier. Unclaimed bags, samples, and strictly limited exclusives go there, and they go to the Founders community first.

Not a discount channel, and not a clearance shelf. Making something properly leaves small quantities behind. Those go to Founders rather than onto a public listing.

What It Is Not

Not a loyalty program, not a points balance, and not a mailing list with a better name. A Pass is a record of having been early to something small on purpose, and a standing claim on everything after it.

Nothing is on sale yet. When Drop 1 opens, the list hears first.

JOIN THE OPPOSITION

Take your Founders number.

Members are numbered in the order they arrive. Your number is assigned when you join and it does not change. Founders Pass access opens to this list first.

You are on the list. We will be in touch before Drop 1.

Priority access. Drop notifications. Nothing else.
