Drop 1 opens the Founders Series. Every bag is numbered, the Series is finite, and it will not be run again.
Four hundred bags, planned for Spring/Summer 2027. The smallest run we will ever make, and small on purpose. A first run is where a standard gets proven, not where a margin gets made.
The Series is planned at roughly four thousand bags across four drops. Past Drop 1 we will not pretend to know more than we do. Run sizes, colorways, and timing will be shaped by what the first drop teaches us, what Pass holders ask for, and how fast demand arrives. If it arrives quickly, so does the rest of the Series.
The shape does not move. Every run capped before it opens, every bag numbered, and the Series made once.
Six colorways are planned across the Series. Three of them open Drop 1.
New colorways are introduced as the Series runs, building toward six. Swatches show the brand colorway values; final materials and finishes will be shown with the product, and Founders Pass holders vote on what runs next.
Most brands use the phrase loosely. We mean something narrow by it. Made once applies to the Founders Series as a whole: we build the Series, and when it is done we do not build it again. What comes next will be a different bag, with changes and colorways of its own.
Inside the Series it is one bag throughout. Only the color changes from drop to drop. A Scratch bag claimed in the first drop and a Scratch bag claimed in the last are the same bag.
What differs is the Pass attached to it. There will only ever be four hundred Tier 1 Passes, and four hundred bags claimed with one. That pairing happens four hundred times, and then never again.
Being early does not get you a different object on the rack. It gets you the Pass paired with yours, your number inside it, the weight of your vote, and a standing place among the first four hundred. We would rather tell you where the scarcity sits than let you assume it sits somewhere else.
A small run is what lets the standard hold. It keeps the tooling honest, the inspection real, and the list of things that can quietly go wrong short enough to catch. Selling out is not an event we stage. It is what happens when you make four hundred of something and mean it.
Members are numbered in the order they arrive. Your number is assigned when you join and it does not change. Founders Pass access opens to this list first.
You are on the list. We will be in touch before Drop 1.
